I told him sometimes they need grinding for more flex but that's usually with less expensive auto parts stores CV .

Shouldn't need to do that with stock cv axles. Mine have more angle than that at ride height lol

I will get the jack under it after work 430pm and lift it as high as it will go then try to rotate it. I'll post a video later. It's hard to lift it with Jack tho because it lifts entire truck before the spring starts to compress and I don't want it to fall off stands haha. I think it's kinked as well so well see what happens! stock everything except lift kit.

My truck lifts incredibly high before it compresses.

Just compress it a little. Just to "level" out the cv. That will tel you if it's just the cup binding. Does the other side do it too?

I'll try to lift it later and see if it pops in but yea like you said oem cvs are good and kit said no modification needed. I just don't want to be driving and the driver tire lifts off ground and the axle does this while I'm driving then I hear a loud bang and something snaps haha..

Just got off the phone with rough country and they said to bolt it all up and lower the vehicle and it should go into place and spin freely. To try and push the truck in neutral and see if it goes, don't want to put it in gear just incase there is something wrong. Asked him about if I took it off road and it lifted off ground will there be am issue he said there shouldn't be haha. Now I'm just waiting on a new lower control arm bushing to arrive in a couple days. Will keep you guys posted thanks so much!!

So now my rear strut is hitting the part where it connects and I can't get the bolt in. Any one have this issue? Only on driver side..

Do you have your rear block on the right way? If its facing the wrong way it maybe is changing the angle which is causing the shock to be hitting your axle.
