    I had been eating between 30 and 50 carbs a day for the past few months, aside from my 3 week derailment because of my wedding and honeymoon. I lost A LOT of weight, but also A LOT of strength. A substantial decrease may work for you, but it depends on your goals. Energy will drop for the first couple of days but will rebound pretty quickly after your body adjusts.

    I just do variations of the same shit every day. Eggs, chicken, fish, steak. Some vegetables.

    Get creative with it. Make some sort of wraps with these...

    Met an older guy at the gym yesterday. I was playing my music on the speakers. Yesterday was a rap day. Asked the guy if my music was bothering him. He goes "fuck no man. I love this shit." Then outkast came on and he goes "Andre 3000 tried to buy my penthouse in ATL. He lives on the 7th floor, I'm at the very top. I told him I wasn't ready to sell. He got my number and he still calls me every now and then and we talk. He's a cool guy". Then Kanye came on and he goes "now this fucker, I want to beat his ass I ised to be an amateur boxer, so I'm pretty sure I still could." He's like 65 or 70. I was dying.

    Sausages, almonds and peanut butter can pile up the carbs quick. I am not sure how many you're trying to get, but if it's a real low number, you may want to be sure to read the nutrition facts before you dive in to any of those.

    Those are all delicious foods you have listed. I just bought a shit ton of tilapia and salmon on Sunday.

    That's pretty low!

    Those foods also have good fat in them, which definitely helps hit caloric goals while eating low carb. Cheese is good. Most jerky is good. I have become religious about checking nutrition facts on almost everything I eat because food producers love to slip ingredients in that will bomb your carb goals.

    If I am telling you things you already know, just tell me to STFU and I will crawl back into my keto cave and cry.
