Do 265/70/17 fit a stock TRD

The OEM tires on my 2010 Double Cab TRD are 265/65/17. I have an opportunity to buy some winter tires at a great price, but they are 265/70/17. I don't mind my speedo being off, but will it affect the suspension travel or wheel opening? Your help is appreciated.

i was gonna ask them same thing....are there any pics? I was thinking about getting some bridgestone a/t in that size...would i have to take off any mudflaps or anything like that.

chris already answered your question, but i figured that everyone likes pictures. I'm running 265/70.17 Nitto, Terra grapplers with no suspension modifications (TSB, but that doesn't count). they fit like a charm, and do not rub at all.

265/70/17's......Fit great pre-lift,just bolt 'em on.Fills the wells nicely and look beefy.Looks great all around btw Colin.

Replace the spare...Not a must.But you should.
Will it affect anything if it's used...Yes it will. If used for extended periods on the rear axle.
Depending where you are when it happens.
Get to a place and get the flat fixed.put spare away.
Get to a place and move the spare to the front axle until you can get the flat fixed.However!! By doing this,Your steering will be compromised/out of alignment.

 

but the speedo will be off, right? If one really wanted the speedo fixed, Is it an easy fix?

 

I am running 70/17's and my speedo is not off (anymore than it was).
