New BBP DCSB comes in on Friday. These 20" Enkei WT4s with Nitto Terra Grapplers will go on immediately.

ugh what a terrible rim to get. the tire selection for oem sizes is the worse I have ever seen for a rim. unless you go +1 sizing there is about 3-4 tires that fit that rim for oem sizing. and remember that's a 7" width rim, so a lot of tires don't fit correctly since they are usually 7.5-9.0 width requirements.

Who cares? I don't like it either, but it doesn't matter what either of us think. It's his truck and if that's what he likes then so be it.

That's exactly the reason I did it. I traded "even" for my TRD sport wheels.
I'm not a "lift my truck 3' with huge mud tires" kinda guy. I only got the 4X4 to pull my boat out of our lake. My '06 TRDOR 4x2 would just spin the rear wheels on my ramp, not enough traction.

Terrible rim? Factory toyota rim there, sir.
I'm happy with the tire size, thanks.
I'm glad you like my truck so much, thanks. :)

Well, if I could have bought a set of those with tires for $725, I might have done that.
Cost would probably approach twice what I paid, and wouldn't have been a Toyota rim.

I don't mind the rim its just the selection of tires that fit that stupid oddball rim is the issue. 245/60-20 has the most meager selection of oem tires you can put on that rim. if the rim width wasn't 7.0" and 7.5" the selection of tires that would fit would be another issue.

trust me, I have a 2014 4runner with that exact rim and I hate the tire selections you can put on for replacements.

Good point about it being a Toyota rim. They last. Mine are Enkei that came stock on the 2006 X-SP trim. They still look new while being 10 years old. Some people think they are getting a good deal on a set of rims for cheap, but they don't last, will start pitting etc. and look like crap.

I have had this happen, on my '06 aftermarket rims looked good for about 2 years then started deteriorating badly.

    I'm sticking with OEM rims.

Very true, but it depends where you live. If you are in snowy salty conditions, after a few years any wheel is going to start looking bad. I lived up north most of my life and I used stockers or had some winter wheels to keep my good wheels nice. I have my XSPs since 07 and they are still almost perfect, but I'm in Florida now.
