    Round 2 of trying to get 10reps of 225 on bench today. Already seeing gainz...I think...

    Last week I did 6-5-5-4-4-3-4-3-2-3 which is 39 reps total (took 28min)

    Today I did 8-5-3-2.5(didn't lock out the last rep)-3-3-3-3-2-4 which is 36.5 reps total (took 27min). I ended up doing less total reps but I got 2 more on my first set which is what I am really trying to do with this workout. Once I get 10 in a single set I'm moving up in weight.

    It's a great source of protein. I don't even buy whey protein anymore. It's a great way to save money. The trade off between whey and lotion was worth it.

    All this talk about bacon had me craving some. I made BLTs with my home grown tomatoes. I've got some high dollar bacon too, the kind that comes in a resealable bag. It was a crazy deal so I snagged a pack. I hate that all bacon doesn't come in one but I understand the marketing. Thanks a lot, fat America. This one was some bourbon glazed bacon. You can smell the bourbon when you open it up. My wife doesn't like it because she said it's "too sweet." More for me :dancingbacon::dancingbacon:

    Ive stayed around 100g for the last year I really want to drop to about 50g ramp up the fat and keep protein the same. Meal plan me lol.
