    Curious how much data this game takes, so I let it run on my drive to work today (about an hour) and I've played probably at least an hour/day the past 5 days. Went to check data usage on my phone for the app and I'm at a whopping 38MB. So, this app doesn't take a ton of data, just battery lol

    Does anybody know of a map online similar to like Google Earth or Google Maps we can go look at to check an area for PokeStops or Gyms before going there? Would just like to see a larger area than my small phone screen shows. Maybe even see what all is in my town to go visit.

    Joined team instinct. Mainly because I want @voz to like me...

    So I stopped by the gym on the way home to join. Instinct happened to own that gym too...I tried to leave a Pokemon at the gym but ended up starting a fight with an Oddish that someone else left I guess? I didn't know what I was doing and got crushed because I was just standing there getting worked. I thought it was like the old video game where each Pokemon gets a turn until one dies. Once I realized it was tap like crazy until it's over I tried again...and again...I won on my third attempt (9 potions, and 4 power ups later). I used a 310 tentacruel to beat the 240something Oddish. Nothing happened when I won though. I got crushed by the 500something pidgeot that came next but I thought maybe my tentacruel would get to stay at the gym to defend?

    I have no idea what I'm doing. I did get some gym recognition points or whatever they are called :notsure:
