    On install, be sure to not get the bolts too tight. I had to keep backing them off until they could spin fairly easy by hand with a screw driver so it would not deform the plastic painted outer part of the grill. When done, the bottom of the outer part of the plastic part of the grill did not seat back into the small lip in the plastic below the grill. Not really a problem, but if you over tighten, it would stick out even further and not click back into the slots and look deformed.

    Step 3
    The next steps is to drop the BAMF insert in and bolt it up with the supplied hardware. NOTE all you need to do is get it snug over tightening the bolts willonlycausedeformation of the factory surround, the insert or both.
    ALSO some of the bolts will not sit flush to the insert due to the angle of the bezel. If you want them flush you can open theplastic holes up on your surround mainly the top hole in the center is the one it's just too small of a hole it needs to be slotted down some. simply taking a nail and heating it up and melting the hole down some will work great. or a dremel works

    I second this and yes I did read that part in Jerry's instructions. but I didn't think I was over tightening but I was. It caused a gap in the top seal. I was able to fix it by removing the grill again and loosening a few bolts. Like elkaholic said, if you've tightened pay the point of the bolt being able to spin you've tightened too much.     Not the pop that the brighter colors have but I like the subtle contrast of the MGM to the rest of the grill.
