    My left wrist isn't flexible enough to front squat with the palM up technique after I broke it. I have to hold it across my collarbones. Also can't do power cleans thanks to it.

    Talked to a guy that's thinking about opening up a "private" gym. Basically, the people at the gym I currently go to that actually lift. 10-12 of us. He's looking at a place to rent out for inventory for his current business. Everyone pay a fee to use it until the equipment is paid off, then just train for free. Until something breaks. Then everyone chip in.

    This got started because we have 1 bar that isn't warped at my gym. Benching with anhtbing over 225 feels like it's going to break your wrist or your face. There aren't enough 45s to go around, and there isn't even a rack to put the 45s that we do have on. So you're constantly searching at other stations to find the weights you need. We've been discussing how awful it's been lately and he messaged me about that a couple days ago. I hope he goes through with it. That would be fantastic.
