Well the shoes came in and they are a hair too small but they are also not going to work for me. The heel is very pronounced and would be perfect for squats but I could see it being uncomfortable for prolonged periods just that way it curves from front to back.

Good news is that prime day has the inov-8 250's and 235's at 30% off. I ordered the 235's instead and got them quite a bit cheaper . Gotta love Amazon.

So a guy at my gym apparently wants to fight me. I might have stayed the night with his girl the other night because she texted me and told me they had been broken up for like a month, but turns out they broke up like 3 hours prior to her texting me. So a buddy of mine called me Friday night to tell me and I could hear the kid screaming in the background about how he was going to beat my ass yada yada yada. Well I saw him today at the gym and haven't seen this kid in over a year. I've got a good bit of size on him and we made eye contact and I waved at him (I love provoking shit) dude looked away and wouldn't say a word. I went over and talked to the guys he was with and got nothing.

No moral to the story, just thought I'd share since the thread is kinda dead right now.

What about socks? You should always wear protection

 

Front squats are very good, especially if you are new to doing them. just do not forget to keep incorporating back squats with them. and I include OH squats as well, which really works the core and stabilization muscles too.

With front squats, form is EVERYTHING. if you are comfortable with 135 keep that and gradually make your way up. jumping from 135 straight to 185 may do more harm then good on the form side, since you are just starting out incorporating them.

Me and my friends were talking to some MILFs in the bar a few months ago and one of them said she banged some guy that left his socks on and it was super weird. I said "damn, I always leave mine on. They're the ones with the grips on the bottom. How do you not know this trick??" She said how have I never thought of that?!?!? Then proceeded to get my number

It's only been a few days but I like it so far. I'm only doing a 3 day cycle. Low, low, refeed, repeat. I may change it later on. I think we're going to the beach this Saturday so I'm gonna do low carb tomorrow and Thursday, refeed Friday and hopefully look full on Saturday lol.
