About 23.5" in the front with around 1.5" of rake. I think the springs may settle a bit also.

    What's yours?

I eventually want to make a bed rack for a rtt in the future!

What all was involved in getting the gussets to work?

What do you mean? Like how to make them fit better?

I just had to bend them in some areas, mostly the bottom part of it were it is closest to the hub. It had a pretty big gap that would have been hard to weld. No matter what there will be gaps, but none to crazy.

Yeah that and the prep work you did. I assume grinding the paint to the bare metal and cleaning it?

Yep, I got one of those wire and wheel attachments for the angle grinder and that worked great, just took the paint away and not the metal.

Well, just getting the spindles off in the first place. Then getting everything to fit exactly how I wanted. Then waiting between welds so it doesn't get to hot. I'm sure it could be done quickly, I think I just took a long time.

Gotcha! Did you have a press or just rent the thing from Vatozone?

Press for what? To get the adapter for the UCA in? I bought a 20 ton press to get those in.

Also press that in before your weld the spindles.

Correct! (sorry at work and typing fast without properly thinking). Pretty sure that's all that would hang me up would be prep for the spindles and the adapter.

Wish I could, renting houses out here at college age is a nightmare. Either have to pay a huge deposit or live in apartments....
