Experiment successful. Wind burbling/turbulence much reduced, low frequency whistle reduced. Tested up to 120km/h.

Now how about some blue prints or drawings with dimensions?

I don't actually have any - I started out with 2 pcs of identically bent scrap stainless steel (left and right sides) that looked like they'd work, and basically cut them down until I had 2 inserts to fit in place, with full coverage of the prinsu logo. I was intending on pop-riveting them in place if it worked as an experiment - but i left enough overlap to friction fit between the original air-dam plate, and the mounting bar that runs behind it, The front air-dam assembly is merely loosened up, the 1/16" sheeting edge stuck into place between the plate, and the bar, and everything tightened down again for the experiment.

If you can get your cuts squared up, and make the bend on the metal of your choice, anyone should be able to give this a shot, if slip-stream noise and turbulence is an issue. Zero dollar project - the best type of all.

I'm about to pull the trigger on these racks, wondering if Zack provides a warranty with purchase? And if the shark fin antenna issue has been resolved?

Answer to the last part is yes: just move the bar up about 1.5" or whatever you like. Or you can flip it sideways and drill an extra hole and mount it behind the fin.

This may sound stupid but what is the actual tool used to screw the screws in for the bars called? I've been using Allen wrenches and obviously that's not correct. Also what size is it? Gonna buy it today along with some bolts for my awning
