If front squats are hurting your back that badly, you're doing something terrible wrong.

There's nothing wrong with front squats. Use good form, just like on back squats, and you'll be fine. If it gets too heavy and you start to lean forward, you can throw the weight. No big deal.

Sounds like a cool idea, but have you told the gym to get more barbells/weights?

Maybe its just my gym, but there are many people who should not be in there, or at the bare minimum be shown proper form. I once told one of them about their form, at they looked at me like I was crazy. Oh well.

Yep. Multiple times. Asked for 45 lb bumpers. Was told to use 35s and 10s. Asked for straight bars. She said she "can't see spending money on more bars for this gym right now." And that she has bought 7 bars for that gym in the last 2 years. Can you take a guess where those bars went? That's right! The crossfit room in the back! So, I asked her what she was going to do when someone breaks their wrist or face trying to bench heavy with a warped-to-hell bar. She didn't have an answer for me.

People don't really lift in this gym. There are a handful of us that do. It's easy money for her and there aren't a lot of us that will complain about shitty equipment.

They spent a shit ton of money on an infrared sauna that doesn't get used. Maybe she could sell that piece of shit and buy a $150 rogue barbell.

I did this when I had the garage gym set up. The uni gym was going through major construction work and they shoved all the equipment in a tiny room. Way to crowded. I asked a few people who wanted to do the basic oly lifts to pitch in and they could use it whenever. Worked great for a bit but eventually people quit paying and I just said fuck it and closed everyone but my friends out.

I never knew the difference a barbell could make until I started using better ones than what was at LA Fitness

Low, refeed, low, refeed, low? Have you always done it that way? I thought the point was to have a few days of low carbs to have enough time to flush out glycogen and then refeed to replenish. And I dont really do IF I just skip breakfast and eat my first meal around 3pm

Yep, that's how I have done it. On the low days, my intake is really low. On refeed days when I hit weights, it's pretty high. My buddy who recommended it does his very similarly. On my refeed days, I hit the gym and weights really hard, so my intake is really up there. I haven't really altered it much, but my bf is low. Before starting this regimen, my bf was twice as high. On low days, I do cardio only. If your first meal is at 3pm, you are basically doing IF.

Cardio really helps me, because I can put on muscle just about as easily as fat, both go on really quick. It would be nice if I could ease off the cardio some, but it does have it's benefits.

I like Vans for leg day. I have high tops and low tops I wear depending if it's squat or dl day.

I got a few awesome deals, myself. I got a 40" 1080p led tv for $150 and 7 meal prep containers for $11. Love Amazon Prime!

^^^this. The wife and I were "having fun" a few weeks ago and I was on the hardwood floor and slipped and busted my ass. Killed the mood, but I'm not a quitter, so I persevered and over(came)

Nothing like a good milf, my friend. Def my most searched on........the internet :spy:

You're not alone. I used to try to help a brotha out, but people just get mad or offended, so I just shut up and film them so we can make fun of them now.

196 this morning. Feels good since I had a heavy protein shake with veggies, peanut butter, banana and oat before workout. Probably a good lb of liquid.

Any one have a girlfriend that does not support their diet? Mine seems to dislike the idea of me losing weight, or cutting calories.
