Glad to hear the trip is going well for you guys. Be safe on the way home. The trip in from Cali is always the worst usually because people are pissed about leaving Cali and then get pulled over fueling their anger. Miss ya buddy

I am still working my current shit job in CA. I plan on giving my two weeks notice on Thursday (off Friday) and letting them know that I am out of here at the end of July.

Then I have to make a couple of doctors appointments and then I am off to PV.

I have one lead but I would rather pursue work when I am there so I can drop off my resume and shake a hand or two. Also, I want to be able to be available for any interviews that I may get.

So looking forward to crossing the state line and beginning anew in a free state!

I also have an order placed at Avid for some sliders and bed bars and I am dying to get those installed on the truck. Can't do that from over here so there is more fuel for the fire that is burning under my ass to leave this state.

Question for you folks. So on Friday I am getting a small lift added to the front of my taco and new UCA's. I know I am going to need an alignment but my question is, how soon after the install of the above? Like same day or should I drive it for a couple of days before getting it aligned?

I wish I could do that. Our "offices" are low cubicles and I work at a place that sells automobiles (I am in sales) so it is a little difficult to hide. There are at least 4 sales managers walking around at all times.

I wish I could hide here, but that is what my comfy truck is for with the A/C on and the seat reclined.

Depends how bad It is. You can usually go a day or two. But its better if you have the time to just do it same day

Right on. I have an appointment the same afternoon but was wondering if anything needed to adjust/break in or whatever prior to alignment. Thanks
