Yes. Is it fast? Fuck no but I can roll 80 on the highway no problem. I bet same truck but single cab would be prefect as far as power is concerned

Hay anyone had to hook up a brake control box? Is it that big of a pain?

 

If you have the trailer towing package, it's almost too easy. Wire harness should be in glove box. Color coded hookup to controller, then plug-and-play to harness under dash. I've done 3, all 3 on Tacoma's with towing package. Can't speak to NON-tow package trucks....

 

That's the thing. Not sure if I have towing. I out drop hitch and lights on myself.

 

So...... any of you guys remember what your stock front height measurements were? I'm trying to figure out how much lift i actually have. I've never really measured

 

I think I've read that 21" is supposed to be stock, but I could be off a bit.

After looking at my tape measurer which says i only got 2" of lift on my drivers side front and rear (haven't measured the passenger side since my truck is already parked in the garage for the night) I've done the bs math: i have 5100's at 0 with eibach 521600 (2.5" lift) coils, 3/8" poly spacer (that gives 1/2"-5/8" of lift) on both sides, and a 1/4" poly (gives 3/8" of lift) stacked on the 3/8" spacer on the driver's side. So on paper, i should have right at 3 on the passenger side and 3.5 on the driver's side. Taking into account spring settle, my bar on the front (which takes 1/4" away [I've actually measured that]), and my AGM battery (which i imagine weighs 45-50ish lbs); i probably lost about a 1/2 to 5/8" (maybe a bit more on the driver's side) putting it at 2.5- 2.75ish right? I imagine that's about right and my tape measurer is drunk

I'm going to measure the passenger side tomorrow, the measure from the ground to the bottom of the fender, then from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender just to see how tall it is, and what the gap is. .... you know, that bullshit math stuff

 

it doesn't count if its parked in your friends side yard.

DCSB w/OR suspension prior to any changes.
