P.S. stupid question maybe, but stock tires won't fit these wheels right?

 

The rims are 17x 8.5, I have the oem trd 17 inch sport wheels and I was told my stock tires would fit. I'm not sure what size your Sr5 wheel size is but if they are 17's then they should fit. Don't quote me on it though

How did you go about 'dechroming' everything? What process?

Nice! Currently have a color-match quote for my bumper and grille @ $250 ea. so a total of $500 for both.
Awaiting a quote for powder coating to see the price difference..

 

Dude, bunmper is 1 thing, but just buy a new grill from camelback toyota for 190 ish

Oh yea! You are right! I completely forgot about option. I think comparing the cost of one straight from the dealer and selling my current was my initial plan but that was months ago.

Any particular reason you mentioned Camelback though? Would other dealers not sell color-matched grille surrounds?

They seem to do a pretty lousy job of specifying the exact color as the truck.
I suppose I'd have to call them to find out if it is truly MGM or the silver grey color?

 

They do but camel back is notoriously cheaper.

 

OP, if I were you, I'd use the Stealth 6's on the TRD Pro. The 2017 TRD Pro rims are super ugly shiny black almost like those hideous spider web SR5 wheels. The Stealth 6's look better and probably have a more desirable offset anyway. It wouldn't be worth it to me to take a near $100 loss and run a factory rim.
