What info you looking for? Google Lago Vista POA for some info on that. I can tell you that the prices vary on lots. If you pay $20k or more for a lot, it better be super nice with a water front view, and already cleared. Average price is about $10k give or take.

I leveled a house in south Austin, North of Ben White Blvd, last year...they paid $380,000 for a .18 acre lot with a shack on it, then paid to build a house on it.
