Leave her. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Loves my body the way it is and she doesn't like seeing me cut dont my food intake (which I didn't, I actually just eat a ton more healthy food). She is also naturally skinny so I dont think she understands how much work it can be for someone who maintains weight super well, but has trouble gaining/losing.

Lol, no way. There are very few things we butt heads with. I have searched a long time to find a gal that will go elk hunting, fly fishing, and help me work on the truck. Plus, at some point ill get fat again. It would be far worse if she was overly critical of my body.

Well, sounds like you found a winner. My wife will even clean and butcher deer with/for me. We are both lucky men. My wife embraces the gym lifestyle and my crazy diet.

    Thanks, @zacharypaul89

Back to the helping people out thing...

If you're on my SC, you've seen the quartersquatgang that's been hanging out in the gym the last couple weeks. I wish I could upload the videos here. It's so bad. Last week it was 155. Yesterday one of them decided to do 225

Mine doesn't love it when I talk about losing weight. She is "self conscious" about herself even though she is in great shape already. Just doesn't really understand the need for me to lean out. She thinks I'll lose muscle to lose weight and she loves squeezing the biceps when we smash:curls:

I think she will come around. My family (outside a few of us) struggles with weight. I am one of the lucky ones to not have that problem. The men also have heart problems. I brought it up that while I am losing weight, I am also attempting to strengthen my heart/health. She seems to be on board. And yep, this gal has gutted her own deer a few times. It helps that she is also a biologist. We tend to get more excited about getting a look inside an animal than squeemish.

Those dudes crack me up. I've never seen quarter squats so bad in-person before...that's mainly because I'm one of probably 5 people who squat at our gym

My wife prefers the chest squeeze  . She wants me to be lean as fuq and doesn't care about mass at all. I'm the opposite lol. I wanna be massive and lean.

That's awesome. I took my wife deer hunting for the first time last season and when I dropped a buck, she started walking home and said she'd never go again lol. She'll fish, but I have to bait her hook. You've got yourself wife material, my friend!

Took the fiancé hunting with me when we first started dating and dropped a buck with her in the stand. She was all about it and was surprised when I gutted it that I wasn't gagging since I hate cleaning up dog poop of one goes in the house.

Only problem now is when I take her she thinks we're getting a deer everytime.

It's ridiculous. I want to say something but don't want to be that guy. But also don't want them to rip an ACL squatting the way they are.

I've come to the conclusion that women love pecs as much as we love tits. The last...I don't know...several, that I've messed around with have always gone for the chest squeeze. The hands usually run up the arm and onto the chest and then tend to stay there for a while. I called a couple of them out on it - "damn, you like tits as much as I do, huh?" And the usual response is something to the effect of they aren't used to being with someone that lifts and they love it...

What are your macros like on your low days before doing your refeed? Also, are you currently cutting or are you just always that lean?

Well sir, your conclusion is correct. That is a major plus of being with a guys that lifts... you get to be handsy and feel the gains!! Arms, chest, shoulders, abs, back etc...love feeling ALL of them muscles while we...umm.. "hangout"

I keep my carbs around 50 on low carb days. Protein is around 1.5g per lb and the rest are fats. I'm cutting right now so I'm on a deficit whether it's low carb day or refeed.

I haven't noticed the chest specifically. Generally I find girls just enjoy the shear mass/solid feel of a guy that lifts.
