Where did you get the large velcro patches that you attached to the visors? How did you attach them?

I had the first and 2nd gen multistradas. Great bikes! I did however go to the dark side for a bit (BMW R1200GS) But always came back to Ducati and KTM (my favorite brands)

    Here's my MTS1200

It's no Yamaha, but I'll allow it :p KTM makes good bikes too, the guy I ride with most often has a 625 SMC. Fun bike, lot more maintenance though. Hope I can pick up a black widow ramp so I can bring my bike with me in the truck soon.

Went out and took some pictures! I just put 200 miles on it -- got the truck last week.

    I think I'm now required [per forum rules] to plastidip the grille, right? Anyone got some BFG KO2s? I'm thinking 17" TRD wheels.IMG_7899.jpg IMG_7903.jpg IMG_7910.jpg IMG_7914.jpg IMG_7923.jpg IMG_7925.jpg IMG_7927.jpg

Haha, I was kind of kidding and poking fun at the 'classic first posts' and how everyone loves the same stuff. I honestly do like how the BFGs look though. Those Ray10s look dope.

Can anyone direct me to a member who has added a ladder rack to their taco that extends over the cab? Or has done a 2 piece rack set (one for bed, then a roof rack)?

Was talking to a buddy who has the KO2s on his Ford. They are classified as a winter tire which can save you money on your car insurance in Canada. Plus they're bad ass. Win win!

I totally agree. But as long as it is under warranty I will let them replace them as many times as needed before they agree to put in the better ones. I still have transmission worries too. Calling dealer right now.

They said the clips were the cause of the squeaking and I cannot see or notice any form of frame damage. The main point is that the issue has been documented by toyota and I have it from the manager of the dealership that they will stand behind my truck through the time that I own it, which is good to know. I took her out today and it seems to be performing better. There isnt a delay in shifting from R to D or between gears so hopefully that all is in the past and the transmission didnt take too much damage being low on fluid for the first 8,000 miles.

Maybe I might have spoken too soon. They said they will be sending one out. So maybe by the end of the week they will have something up on their site. I checked and didn't see anything either.

Well I just got off the phone with the dealer. I am so happy I could drive my truck into a brick wall and smile cashing the insurance check. After discussing with Corporate my unresolved issues, from 5k service/warranty repairs, and then emailing Corporate a second time, my dealer has agreed to half-way fix one problem (replace 1 of the 2 body mount bushings), maybe take a look at another problem even though their better mechanic already found nothing wrong (grease smear on driver glass from day 1) and outright deny another problem of which I provided proof, with a receipt from another TW'er, of the existing issue (random resets on my trip meters around 300 miles) but, thank all Heaven, they agreed to replace the 3 broken tire pressure sensors that were in my original tires and wheels (they were broke off of stems-did not trigger light). Those tpms sensors are the whole reason I bought my truck. Who cares about grease smears and squeaky noises. That is just wah-wah stuff. And since I have kept it parked 5 days the dealer said he will find me something to drive in another week when the parts get here. So it will be parked another 5 days unless I can find a huge lemon mag-decal for the tailgate. Then people will be able to laugh with me, not at me, out in the open when they hear it coming. I hate ragging Toyota because some of our best quality cars and trucks were Toyotas. Most of them were, I gotta say it and I am patriotic, built in Japan. Fords build quality trucks in the USA but not so sure about Toyota. For future reference please disregard this post. Just watch for one that says Sweet Awesome Trouble Free Low Mileage 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport FOR SALE.

Set up my GoPro Sessions to use as a dash cam. Had a longer USB cord with the correct connection so I can just leave it plugged in. Second mirror is so I can see the kids in the back seat.

Dealer did say they are aware of an upcoming flash for the transmission. Could be 2 weeks. Could be 2 months.
