    Probably Bradley Martin. Also simple carbs will transfer glucose in your bloodstream quicker for dat pump and quick energy boost.

    That, too. But, they have tended to gravitate toward my chest. I did have the one at the bar a while back try to get my attention by poking my arm...then she ended up just grabbing and rubbing it (my bicep, get your head out of the gutter). Are guys that lift really that rare to where girls are that stricken by us? :laughing:

    That's not being conceited or anything, its a legit question.

    Haha I only went twice last season (I usually go every Saturday morning for like 2 months straight). Opening day, 15 mins into getting in my stand, I dropped one. About 2 weeks later, I took the wife after work and we dropped another one after only sitting in the blind for like 20 mins. 2 deer in under an hour...I could get used to that. Usually I'm in the stand for around 3 hrs before I get absolutely bored. This year, after I get meat with my .270, I'm strictly bow hunting for antlers.

    I get the same effect from chugging V8 splash about 30 mins before my workout. Simple carbs, but also a serving of fruit and vegetables!

    Just think, every time you go out in public (besides the gym), how many lifters do you really see? I rarely see someone bigger than me (and I'm not even hat big by gym standards).

    haha same. I didn't start lifting until I started dating my gf (now wife), so there's no telling how much easier picking up chicks in college would've been. Not that it was that hard anyway...good game is like a gene...some are just born with it

    Overhauled the diet today. I have been stuck in the mid-190's for like 2 months now and I thought it was all due to my shitty weekends, but even after good weekends, I stay the same. Decided to lower the calories from 2600 to 2500, lower carbs a little, and make the whole thing a bit cleaner overall.

    2500 cals, 220 p, 210 c, 90 f

    9 tbsp. egg whites
    1 cup skim milk w/ 1 serv. Lucky Charms
    banana

    flour tortilla w/ 3 slices ham, 2 slices pepperjack cheese, mustard, and hot sauce
    1 cup lima beans

    8 oz. low sodium spicy hot V8
    4 oz. 75/25 ground beef (I am so pumped to switch to ground beef from turkey)
    1 serv. Famous Amos chocolate chip cookies

    post workout shake: 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup spinach, 2 scoops ON

    2 grilled chicken tenders w/ 1 tbsp. ranch
    1 serv. peanuts

    pre-bed: greek yogurt, 1 scoop ON, 1 tbsp. peanut butter

    Goes the same both ways - I feel there aren't as many girls that actually lift either. maybe it is just the gyms that I go to but 99% of the time ladies are on the damn treadmill or doing other pussy shit. LOL Always the lone female in the free weight area or even the squat racks. Always get the looks like these damn boys have seen a ghost or something crazy when I'm squatting or pulling up deads. guys be looking like this...lol
