forgot to look at that when I got home yesterday but that was what originally helped push me to go for the upgrade but further investigation into that GB and it was a tad sketchy so I'm not going for it. Plus I would have to still get springs and possibly AAL, and the deal wasn't really very good IMO.

 

It's actually worth it man. My 10 year sentence is up in under a year. The interest rates on student loans are so low (at least mine are) that it was actually more financially beneficial for me to spend the whole 10 years paying them off, rather than just paying them off right away

I have a good job, and still can't figure out how guys spend money on their builds. There has to be a secret formula, minus the going into debt part.

All I want is to get my rear done at Solo, and a TC 3.5 kit for the front. Keep the dream alive...

 

That middle ground is try to do some of it yourself. The lt front is bolt on. Front glass is a drill, dremel and a few wrenches. Find a guy to color match the glass. Save at least a few thousand.

Rear you start collecting parts for 6 months to a year. Rear glass is the same story as front. The rest of the design is a lot of different variables.

Yea, the rear is the biggest piece of the financial pie. Just a bummer that the weakest part of the suspension, the rear, is also the most involved to make better.

Plan is to save up for the rear, and hopefully find a deal from somebody trying to sell their front LT setup. We'll see tho. Trying to do the typical SUA with 16" bypasses.

I got 'quotes' from dmz and solo for the rear. Labor and fab, is def a big piece of the estimate but understandable. I can't do that part.

About a month ago, passed a motorcyclist being covered by the coroner on the 10. Horrible sight on your way home from work. Got me thinking, this dudes probably on his way home from work too, but won't arrive. Not sure what happened. A semi stopped, and a mangled bike next to it. Super grim.
