They aren't looking at you like they have seen a ghost. They are looking at you with some unspeakable thoughts in their minds or 'why doesn't my girl do that?'

    She liked it.

So I worked a 12 hour shift today and feel dead, so I skipped the gym and went to bojangles instead. Bulk season, right? I've got another 12 hour shift tomorrow so depending on how much I sleep tonight and get to eat throughout the day tomorrow I may skip tomorrow too.

So ever get a craving for something so you have it and still want it and want it and want it more? I've been that way the last two days to egg drop soup. What's great is it's macro friendly. Bad finding a good one.

@tacopaulo does your carb cycling coincide with the days you lift or are you just going no/low two days in a row and then refeed regardless of workout schedule?

No when I refeed I make sure it's a heavy day. I did chest and back yesterday. Next refeed I'll probably do legs. I'll never do a refeed on an off day.

Your diet is 2500 calories? Dammmmnn. I bet I am lucky to get 1800 calories in a day. I eat way more veggies and fruit than you do though. Pretty dang hard to get your calories up high when eating clean.

1800 is ridiculously low. How much do you weigh? I'd die at 1800

I do agree that it's hard to eat a lot of clean foods. I can do 2500 without any shakes or drinks

195lbs. I feel pretty dang good actually. I didn't feel good at 1800 cal when I was eating crap like pizza, fast food, etc. But since I have up my veggies, fruits and stuck to lean meat, I am doing fine and only seldom do I really get hungry.

I eat 3 larger meals a day, and then a small snack in between them.

Not crazy fast, slowly worked from 205 to 200 by limiting my unhealthy diet and upping cardio over a month or so. Took about 2.5 weeks to go from 200 to 196-197 on a clean diet but it jumps around. I normally bounce back quite a bit after the weekend. Strength has kept up and energy levels are fine, actually, they are better.

I am going to try to throw in more peanut butter, honey, and eggs to up the calories more. I just roughly counted them up and I bet I get around 1,800 - 2,000 more days. Maybe more on the days I go ham on some brown rice.

If this diet taught me one thing, it's that I could not survive as a vegetarian. It's just insane the amount of vegetables you have to eat to reach calorie goals.
