I don't know the part #, but it's called a "front lower ball joint attachment".

Did yours break, or are you just replacing them while you have everything apart?

I got the extended Kings in there rear (DSM normally sets them up in this manner for dakars/packs that give about 3 inch of lift), but I'm not positive what the collapsed/extended measurements are; I'll have to check when I get them. I suppose I will just have to wait and see, but I spent good money on the part so I might as well protect my investment.

I have the bumps sorted. I will be using wheelers superbumps on all four corners and will add spacers as needed to match my setup, so I am not to worried about negative arch or that side of things.

No shackle flip btw; I live in northeast Nevada and we have our fair share of bombable desert roads and mountain trails, both of which I enjoy, so I will be sticking with the inverted shackles on my rig for now to help with higher speed handling. I'm not planning on purposely catching air, but I want to make sure the truck can handle it if things get a little wild.

    Cheers,
    K

I will be curious to see the collapsed/extended numbers for those KINGS but the fact that you are running 59" springs and keeping the inverted shackle setup and bumping it well leads me to say that you would be fine with out rear straps. However if you want to limit it further by adding the straps you will only lengthen the life of the springs and shocks.

I swapped lowers (using LSK, bought dirt king fab) and the DKs use the OEM adapter while the LSK has a machined one.

Straps are cheap, and easy to install, if you can weld. Seems like easy insurance to me, so much so that I have them on my truck.

Oh, okay. Is it because your shocks will max out at full droop?

Yes, I have Dakars and Icon shocks for a lift but they fit the stock mounting location.

I'm okay at full bump, but I've got about 3" of down travel in the springs beyond the shocks.

Limit straps, you can see the mount on the axel and the frame plate I added.

Part number 56503. Good for 0 to 2.5" of lift.

Gotcha. Looks like a 10" travel shock. From your pics it also looks like you might still have the factory inverted shackle? Just curious.
