Just wondering on how the 2.7l handles 35s. I'm currently on 33/12.50

I would think you would want to regear.

Going to be real sluggish and under-powered. What is your reasoning for going up in tire size?

I seen a truck with a good stance I liked and I'm pretty sure it had close to that size. I know I would have to do a whole lift and all it was just something I was curious about. What started it was I was looking at wheels and tires and just wanted a good look and stance

I can't even imagine what that would drive like. My 2.7 has it's hands full with 31X10.5 michelin's.

All in what you are use to though I guess.

It won't be fun to drive at all, offroad will be pretty bad too. You need to regear to 4.88 minimum or 5.13 for power.

5.29s, still would be a slow gutless pig going up any hill.

'Stance' is meaningless outside of photographs or parking lot parties if that was the only consideration.

If looks is the leading factor, improving function will always cost more. Like re-gearing for big tires that were only bought for looks.

Building for function, while considering looks, will result in a fully useful vehicle that also looks attractive.

You would have to do a lot more than just a lift. A LOT of trimming and tubbing in the wheel well is required as well.

I went from the stock tires size of 23-25 inchs to a 31x10.5 and 5th gear floored i would decellerate.

This was my cheby s10 2.2l though. But i imagine the effect is similar.
