We could also have him get more lightbars. There's this piece of shit SUV looking thing I see driving around base, and the whole thing is rattle canned flat black, with SO many light bars on it. I'm talking 50 on the windshield, a 30 just screwed into the hood, a couple 10s on the hood as well, and many many more. It is so ridiculous!
