    Here is the rental I have for the next two weeks thanks to Bambi:
    image.jpg image.jpg

    Maybe it's because its engine has twice as many cylinders as mine…maybe it's because its a 2016 with 45 miles on it…maybe it's because the interior is fucking huge…

    I'm starting to feel weakened by the dark side of the force…

    You had an easier time than most then. Mine did not require any modifications, bolts came right out.

    I dont blame you. If I needed a full size, I would go for the F150.

    I love Toyota but do not like (and never have liked) the look of the Tundra. My wife wants me to get a full size when our baby comes. Of course, I will test drive the Tundra, but it will have to really impress me to move ahead of the Silverado or F-150. I have never liked Ford, but this truck is pretty sweet.

    It looks nice.. But too big for me. Im sure it would do great with a family. Maybe look into a double cab 2016? Or a 4runner? Stick with Toyota

    I drove a 93 4Runner for 10 years (to 260k), and it was still runnign great. Throwing a deer in the back of a 4Runner gets messy though. I need a truck bed!

    @90yota those are 700lb King springs which are overkill right now but I'm preparing for a full plate bumper and skids

    Gotcha, I have the same on the way right now but plan on bumpers down the road. I know the 3rd gens are a little heavier but is the ride really rough?

    They are stiff but I wouldn't say it's really rough. They also need some time to settle which will help. I'm still happy with putting them on. I don't wanna have to change springs down the road

    That's good to know, hopefully they settle after the rausch trip. That's exactly why I did 700's

    I also took my sway bar off and the spring rate is high enough that you don't move all over the place around turns either, and my nose dive is much smaller.

    Just recently got back from Cali on business, saw a lot of nice tacomas out there. @fatfurious2 wish I could go this weekend but got too much to do since I was away. I am still down for the 13th though.

    @Lots2Learn58 Suspension looks good man!
