So I have actually been the proud owner of a 2006 Black Tacoma 4x4 and managed to rack up about 240,000 miles on the truck over the last 10 years before a deer ran out in front of me while on vacation in Colorado a couple of weeks ago. I loved that truck so much I went out and bought a 2013 Blue Tacoma 4x4 to replace it. These are amazing trucks!

it's paying off....those Colorado genetically engineered deer were specifically bred to run in front of any car with Texas plates! Still working on the California model.

Welcome to TW! Mind me asking how fast you were going when you hit the deer? Looks like quite an impact..

I was going over a hill at about 60 mph about an hour before sunrise when a mule deer, weighing about 150 lbs, ran out into the highway
