thanks, this is the last one for a while. I was pushing for a 6.5 Creedmoor next, but pops said to wait until next year! It's hard for him to find the time to do this with his travel schedule! :)

I don't have the M-LOK hand-guard on my rifle, but my dad does on his. He is also using the same M-LOK hand-guard on this new build. He swears by the Aero enhanced upper and enhanced M-LOK hand-guard. The M-LOK hand-guard is bigger than my Troy Alpha unit, but it isn't really too big.

okay! I was worried about exactly how much bigger it is but that's good to know. I wish it was closer to 14" like the kmr is 13.4 this is 12. something I believe but it is what it is. Good price tho and its held in by a good amount of set screws. I look forward to see how this turns out. Already bought the v7 ambi safety and mag catch after seeing you had it.

cool, are you going black or titanium? we just called V Seven and they had one set of titanium take down pins left, so we scooped them up!

Oh what! I was looking at getting those! Did you get their titanium roll pins they sell too? Im looking at the ambi safety in titanium just cant decide if I want the one like yours with the little golf ball grip of the more straight design. They make some badass stuff and now I want that phase 5 fatman comp but its a little $$$ more than I want to spend so well see. I haven't figure out what bcg yet tho. I was looking at a gold tin one, but might go black tin or nickel boron and keep it all silver/titanium and black

We are going with the Ergo grip with palm rest. Somehow I managed to lose the 1/4x28x1" screw that came with it, which made pop's mad! So, I had to go to the specialty hardware store to find this fine thread screw! :)

So these are both 15" hand-guards.

The black rifle has the Aero Precision enhanced upper and M-LOK hand-guard, which measured 1.98"W and 2.2"H.

The FDE rifle has the standard Aero Precision upper and the Troy Alpha hand-guard, which measured 1.76"W and 2.10"H.

    Hope this helps!
    :)
