    Then it's time to JUUUUUICE

Brah, I stopped lifting like 4 months ago. If you get the muscle you want through hard work and then stop lifting and keep eating a lot of protein, you'll stay massive. srs

    So true.

Wait wait wait...you're telling me I can stop this dog and pony show? I mean, I've already hit my physical peakness and I don't want to lift anymore. It's just so time consuming and boring. I can take this tight chiseled physique and maintain it by just indulging myself in baked chicken and kale chips? You sir have changed my outlook on life

I disagree. If you eat healthy and stay moving at s minimum you will look healthy. You are a direct product of what you do/eat. Simply put. I definitely don't mean looking like a body builder. As a matter of fact, they are probably as in healthy as one could be as they walk on stage. I'm not talking about an image. I'm taking about legitimate Heath. I'm not talking about being ripped or having an 8 pack and shoulders as wide as a tank, live a healthy lifestyle and you will look like you. If all your worried about is being/looking healthy it's easy, the person I was replying to was asking about getting strength gains. So I replied with why?

Yup. Get where you wanna be and just eat right and you'll stay massive and strong. Ronnie Coleman told me that on Instagram, so it's scientifically proven.

As soon as you stop using muscle it depletes. That's just how the body works. You gain muscle when you workout becuse your telling your body it needs to be stronger. It doesn't know why, it just has to meet new needs. It takes more effort out of your body to create this. When you are not pushing your body, it doesn't need the muscle and therefore it will not make more. It will store the nutrients for other things. In extreme cases this is called muscle atrophy. Saying that if you quit working out and still take protein you will maintain what you made is like saying you don't need to workout if you take steroids, it's none sense.

I can't tell who is kidding who right now. I know Zach is joking but I can't tell if @K9kodi is being serious or just rolling with it.

Trust me, we arent all idiots in here. You're preaching to the choir, some things that I literally said a few pages ago. Zach and others are being sarcastic. You must be new to this thread .....
    I think he's being serious.

Still a few weeks for maximum-pickleness, but we opened some Monday and they're pretty damn good already....not to toot my own horn, but

Whoever wants some, DM me your address and I'll factor in shipping and get you a price (the pickles are $3/jar and shipping will probably be more than the pickles lol)

Thought I'd share a couple experiences from this week at the gym:

#1: dude was practicing head butts on the punching bag

#2: dude loaded up 2 plates to do dips. I was about to be impressed, till he proceeded to do "dips" by bending his elbows about 15 degrees each time. Literally moved up and down maybe 2 inches

#3: dude was using the squat rack, smith machine, and bench press all for circuit stuff...and taking his time. This gym only has 2 squat racks and 3 benches, so its not all that huge. He did this during peak hours too... was the same guy as the one doing dips...

I can't wait to get a property large enough for my own personal gym!
