So, I have a sound coming from the front (left side I think) that sounds like a slight rub, honestly sounds like louder road noise. It started after my last tire rotation at the dealership. The only time the sound disappears is when I turn to the right. I have looked and don't see anything that is obvious. I checked all of my lug nuts and had to tighten a few but that made no difference. Thoughts??

Interested in this too as mine just started doing this after a tire rotation at the dealership.

Did they rebalance the tires, too? Just speculation since I'm just getting familiar with 2nd gens but is it possibly a wheel weight on the inside rubbing on something, a tie rod perhaps? Not all vehicles can accommodate wheel weights on the inside of the rim.

They didn't do a balance, all of my wights are in the middle of the rim, not on the lip. I might swing back to the dealership and if they can't do anything maybe an alignment?

The sound is a constant sound with no change to its pitch, hence why I compared it to road noise. Wouldn't wheel weights be more of a rhythmic sound?

After reading your, raptorlax11, follow up posts my situation might be a bit different. My noise is the same in that it doesn't change pitch but it's not constant. Mine sounds like a specific part of the tire is hitting something or there is something on the brakes, but the noise isn't a high pitch sound like what I would expect with brakes....

Did you ever get a chance to take your truck back into the dealership raptorlax11? I haven't had time to take my front wheels off just yet to investigate.

Something like a weight would be periodic, that's right. A constant sound would have me looking at wheel bearings, fender skirt rubbing on a tire, CV axles, etc.

I haven't taken it back yet, I am going to investigate more this weekend first. I'm going to pop the wheel and see if anything looks worn. If not then I'll take it back and see what they say. Another note that I forgot. That wheel had two very loose lugs on it when I first checked it

Dealer says the wheel bearing is going bad. I'm going to do some research to see if they caused it and if not then to figure if I can DIY the install of new one. They quoted me almost $600
