Yes, I still have the stock shackles.

I'll do shock relocation and shackle flip at some point. Maybe SUA too. Along with new shocks...

Make sure you use a leaf pack designed for SUA or SOA, it'll save your springs.

Are you saying you have a shackle flip and are running through the 59" leaf packs quickly? I am thinking you would fair better with a custom Alcan pack or Chevy 63's But with Chevy 63's you might need to move your front mount forward. I seem to see that done on everyone that has done a SOA chevy 63" conversion.

@ARCHIVE is working on a new relocate kit. So more options on the way besides the BAMF or custom.

Nice I'll have to keep and eye open ... right now my thought is stuff the longest shock possible in there without cutting the bed much..and use bumps and bump spacers or whatever to keep them from bottoming out. The front is maxed unless I go LT or throw the ifs in the garbage lol...

may i ask why you need a new one? I replaced my driver side LCA and reused that piece. to my knowledge it only makes contact with the steering STOP knuckle to prevent the wheel from turning any more...? Am I wrong?

EDIT: and of course, attach to the bottom of the spindle haha

Look at @SMKYTXN build for his 63 swap. He is a flatbed but has a great write-up on it.

    Yes
If you don't they will gouge your lowers, this is true with all lowers except for the Dirt Kings that have a steer stop plate on the LCA. I believe TC also requires some clearance to be ground off of the cup are around where the bolt goes through too for articulation clearance. Don't shy away from tak the time to do all of that now...it will suck to pull it all back apart later to do it when shits not working right.

Ok. I'm going to drop the coilover out and cycle the suspension up and down for my bump stop height anyway so I'll check the droop and the cup for contact as well as grind the steering stops to little nubs.
