I have a 2012 DCSB that has the 3+1 factory leaf packs.

In taking measurements and based on pics my leafs look to have lost a good bit of their arch (see pics below and share thoughts).

I'm wanting to get 5100's installed at either .85 or 1.75 (most likely .85 as its my DD and has limited trail time + less wear on parts and chance of vibes).

Who makes a good replacement spring pack for the rear? Not wanting anything that lifts over 1-1.5" - just something that brings it back to OEM standards (or TSB standards) and will last longer than the factory crap that is on there.

I feel a solid non lifted spring pack + 5100's all around will suit my daily driver needs and provide a better stance / bed capability.

    1. Do you qualify for the leaf pack recall? 2. There is an endless amount of info in the suspension forum...did you find anything that fits your needs there?

Don't qualify for the recall as mine is a 2012.

I've combed through the suspension forum for 3+ days now and most if not all leaf pack discussion focus on the dakar's and the wheeler packs. Both of these are designed with 2.5-3" of lift in mind. Makes sense as most people replacing packs want to get some sort of decent lift out of them vs. just getting to the OEM - 1" height.

I know that leafs can be removed from the packs mentioned above - but it still puts the rear at +/- 2".

    took my measurements at lunch:

    Driver front: 20.25"
    Pass. front: 20.50"
    Driver rear: 21.50"
    Pass. rear: 21.80"

    Driver Delta: 1.25"
    Pass. Delta: 1.30"

Not sure if this is indicative of sagging springs for a 4 year old truck with 80k miles.

What about an AAL? I was in similar situation in 09 and it lasted me till I did the recall today. I remember gaining in the neighbor hood of 1-1.5 in the rear. Also did 5100 and set the front to the middle setting.

I'll do some searching to get my exact gains...
