Lol. I grow the cucumbers myself, slice them and stuff them into the jars, boil my pickling seasoning and pour it into the jars, close the jars, and then boil the jars to make an air-tight seal.

    Don't forget b/c I will.

OK. Simple question then ....... does it have wheat, rye, barley, oats, lactose, soy, modified food starch, onions, broccoli, peanuts, corn or shellfish in it?

Nope. I'm working in, whether they like it or not. If it's 5 AM, whatever. But if I'm there during peak hours, I'm not waiting until 8 to get done lifting. Fuck those people.

I've worked in and let people work in with me. Maybe its being in Wyoming, but my gym experiences have been alright. It takes a few weeks for freshman to get into the groove of things though.

Yeah, pulling stunts like that is a jackass move. So is hogging a squat rack for a full hour. At least that 2nd person is cool with others working in.

Lol very true. I've said that to more than one person and they get all pissy. If you want to do circuit training, go join a crossfit gym.

So since it was brought up yesterday and earlier today question. I normally train all groups twice a week I work out 6 days a week. Would it be beneficial at all for let's say day 1 and 4 be chest. So on day 1 I do maximum weight for sets. Then day 4 I do lighter weight say 60-70%of max until until and into drop sets?

Basically would that increase size as well as strength? Or am I just spinning wheels? None of this is relevant to my current situation but I first plan on getting strentth back to at least 60% of where I was before the accident and then work back on shortcut to shred then through the winter building as much size as possible and strength

Same way, man. If there's an asshole doing a 3 station circuit at peak hrs (5-7pm), I'm jumping in and doing my thing. Take that shit to the "box."

I've said something a couple times to people and they usually understand after I explain to them that it's not efficient for everyone else for you to hog 17 areas. Some people get pissy, but usually the people doing that shit are 110 lbs and don't know what they're doing anyway, so we just kinda argue until they concede lol

I'm gonna say it probably has at least one of those ingredients in them...

When I do upper/lower, I do heavy/light days. I usually do upper on Mon and Thurs and lower on Tues and Fri. On upper/lower 1, I'll do 6-8 reps and on upper/lower 2, I'll do 8-15 reps. On a typical bro split (chest/tris, back/bis, legs, shoulders), I'll do something similar: I'll do my first 2-3 chest exercise high weight, low rep and the other 2-3 chest exercises, I'll do med weight, higher rep.

I did a bro split for years and had great results. I also switched to an upper/lower split for like a year and had the same results. Now, I usually flip between upper/lower and a bro split each week.

    TL;DR: I don't think it really matters
