I do have access to my brothers welder or the farmers up the road. But at a 3" lift how much distance is there from the superbumps to the top stop? Also how much do they go for. I do drive fast on wash board roads lol

They cost like $50 for just the bumps.

As far as the distance. There's tons of factors that effect that: leaf pack, shock length and mounting setup, etc, etc. Only way to know for sure is to cycle.

Also keep in the mind the super bumps compress to like half their height.

Yea, I see them like little super stiff shocks. I'll have to wait and see when I get the rear done measure the top of leaf pack to the frame or top bumpstop. And go from there

Installed a HU with bluetooth, installed a new door speaker in the Pass front door, and started wiring up the amp.
Gotta install 3 other speakers tomorrow as well as finish wiring the amp, and while I have my door panel open I'm gonna try to figure out why my window keeps coming off the track (It has something to do with this sucker coming loose).

I wish I would have gone a different leaf pack than dakars. Was seriously thinking about replacing them like this summer with the expo's. They are a little over a year old and fully loaded with about 3-400 lbs they are negative which makes me sad lol. Granted they are made to lay flat and be negative under load but i would rather have something with some damn arch for more carrying capacity (less flexibility but oh well) Wish I had done more research before going full OME. Love OME but I want different springs now

I know and they are made in my state too! But at 700+ to my door...ouch...quality though...might hold off for now and replace with alcans when the dakars get too saggy

I like them and they were great springs before rtt bed rack and just a lot of gear but they are just too saggy for me now. And if we are going the same way with our builds then something else will suit better

Learned a lesson: always buy the road hazard warranty with your new tires. $130 down the drain.
