Haven't been vehicle shopping in about 5 years, not my favorite passtime dealing with car dealers :(
Well I took a friends reccomendation and visited a no frills dealer, no middleman dealing!! the running back and forth to the man with the suit in the cubicle to crunch the $s
Sat down with the sales guy, and he brought up the figures, and showd me invoice prices, and told me this is what he'd sell me the vehicles for, included
all the transfer fees, reg fees etc.... so let me know what you think of these figures for these vehicles?

    4cyl 4x4 manual PrerunnerAccess Cab with SR5 package $23,882.00
    6cyl 4x4 manual PrerunnerAccess Cab with SR5 package $25,488.00

Would like to negotiate into the deal at least a bed mat.

If you want to check these deals, look at Edmunds.com or carsdirect.com. Also be wary of a dealer showing you their invoice. It may not be the actual invoice. It is probably one they made up.

Also FYI Toyota is offering a $2,000 rebate on all 2008 Tacomas until the end of July. :D

where did you find the $2000 rebate??? I looked up the loan specials on toyota.com
I did not see that, I live in NJ... maybe a different incentive because of different area?

Most of the online vehicle pricing services give higher prices for New Hampshire, so prices here are higher than other parts of the country. According to
Edmunds, Carfax, AAA these prices are right on or actually lower for this region of the country. But I'll still try to get the prices down some, or have them throw in some options ... Bed mat, tye downs...etc.:D
