    It was at @rngr 's gym. There were some big ass dudes in there too. They were all easily like me +20lbs solid muscle. I've got a whole new respect for crossfit. But only the big dudes that do it, not those tiny fuckers who do like 95 pound cleans and slam the weights.

    Today must have been international dumbass day in the gym...

    wearing belt while curling 30lb Dumbbells... In socks... :curls:

    Doing crunches, chest press with Dumbbells on a mat right where I need to stand to do my tricep push downs .... He spent more time laying there than doing anything else. Uh hello.... There is an ab area or a bunch of unused benches in the free weight area!! Blocking a machine lol

    Some guy doing some weird ass stretch that looked like he was humping the side of the squat rack.

    Some guy came in,alternated between deadlifts and overhead press, used different barbells... That's ALL he did ...then left..:notsure:

    Just a weird day in the gym. Not normally that bad lol.

    I had 2 guys come in and decide to do some sort of team overhead press type thing. Dumbasses. They started with 135 on a bar. Each got on one side, tried to press it in sync. Then they decided to put on 225. Didn't do it on the OHP bench...they put it on a bench. So they had to get 225 up off the bench, then bring it to their shoulders, then press it. One of them could semi press it, the other couldn't get it over his nose. No collars. So the dude that couldn't press it had the 45s falling onto his face :laugh: I was dying laughing.

    So, yea, national dumbass in the gym day.

    I agree with you that cardio kinda sucks (I can still run my 2 mile time in below 13:18 so I dont care) but just remember the less cardio shape you're in, the easier you are to kill. I would suggest you do a little, once a week maybe, just my 2 cents.
