Yep. Probably have bought 5 or 6 sets of tires over the years. Always got road hazard, never once used it. So this time, I'm like "no thanks".

Part of a tractor fell off a flatbed when he made a turn, I was right beside him and never saw it coming. Ran right over it.

The ones from wheelers are too short. I needed both spacers to make it really worth it since they compress so much

 

It's one reason why I'm waiting to get a measurement. If I have 12" travel shocks I'm thinking 4-5" of space between the bumpstop to the top stop or frame

 

Good to know...installed my 10 inch Fox 2.0's the other day finally but on the stock mounts...just ordered the wheelers bumps the other day and got both spacers from them too. Just have to get longer center bolts for the bumps like you did when they get here

 

Yea just go with the 3/8s for sure. I think I'm gonna slap the 1/4" on there too. Just don't wannt pull the ubolts off ATM.

Not sure why you would ask us but, short term and no rain in the forecast shouldn't matter, long term might. If you're that worried why not raise the tounge high enough to keep it at the appropriate level? The real concern with keeping the bow high is so rain water can drain properly. Contact a local dealer or the manufacturer for advice.

I ask because my taco brothers give great advice, have an opportunity for a boat but house im renting has a huge slope to driveway and not sure if i can park truck in garage then do a shimmy 100 point turn to back truck out around it and leave it in garage. easier to just back it in, chock, and leave it pointing down. stuff to consider i guess. first boat and first time near a lake.
