Just bought shit to flip, that's how i made my money. Only thing i bought recently that i didn't flip was the HD that i gave my dad. And i sold my Honda Rincon 4x4 that i bought brand new but of course i lost my ass on that one, that's why i hate to buy anything new.

Because we're the ones that make sense. You said yourself you would never have one as nice as the one you just sold...so why get another? Unless you plan on trashing it...

I wouldn't want one as nice as this one was. This one was the last year of production and she was so clean i couldn't enjoy riding it. The paint on the frame was still like new, usually its rubbed off by the pegs from the rider's boots. I would like to get another one not as nice and set it up for woods riding like i did with my two 94 500's. I love the rush of the powerband on a big bore 2 stroke! If i can find a deal on one i'll jump on it. Pic of my 2 94's. I had a blast with those bikes!

I'd just make a straight trail bike out of it and shred hillclimbs like it was my job.

so, Friday nite in preparation of Saturday am's fishing trip, I hooked my utility trailer to the Taco (3 grown peeps wont fit in an access cab for any length of time) and parked it down the street. after "The Storm" rolled thru, i went down the street to take the trailer off, and put it on my Jeep. unlocked the door, put the key in the ignition, and a symphony of warning lights started blinking on and off of as my gauge needles sat there and quivered, crank no start. at one point during "The Storm", my son and I were in the living room talking when we had a lightning strike that seemed to be right outside the door, well it was about 40 yards further down the road, it struck my truck. so far the only damage i can see is, a curled end antenna, with the plastic sheathing melted on the antenna, oh and the fried electronics. More to come i'm sure.

Those Tacoma antennas do set rather high, like a lightning rod. Sure hope the Taco isn't total toast.

10 months old and $2800, dead.

Came home and nothing. Food in fridge spoiled, was able to get freezer items to inlaws.

Called GE and its under warranty but most likely wont be fixed for a couple weeks. Hoping to have a repair man here this week and im sure he will have to order parts and come back.

Nothing is made with quality anymore, its bull shit.

I use an old 1980's fridge that still works (came with the house). May be out of date and energy inefficient, but still keeping it until it dies.
