    So I know it doesn't count and I know I'm gonna get shit if this might have happened or not. I may or may not have loaded the smith machine with 225 in weights and did 2 sets of 5 for squats and it may or may not have felt fan fucking tastic after not doing them for almost 50 days now. Just saying. This of course may or may not have happened. And if it did happen it's because I felt like there was absolutely no pressure on the top of my shoulder. Of course all of this is irrelevant of it didn't happen.
