Be sure to check the inbound pivot clearance. It can rub at full stuff. Ask me (and @2ndGenJonny ) how we know....

That was on the bigger spindles though. The secondary mount can also be a problem with 17s and BS greater than 4.5. My wheels need to use stick on weights vs clips or ill knock them off at full crank.

For those with shackle flips, what is your shackle angle at ride height?

Even with the spacers they "demand" when running the arms?

That secondary mount hangs out pretty far and like i said, its at full crank to rub it. I shaved a bit off the secondary and its better, but cutting it off should be my solution because i have no intention of using it.

Installed. Couldn't do my super bump spacers yet. Need to find an Allen head M10x1.25 pitch about 2" long.

Great thread in my book, I will call it the Ensenada experience....was it papa's-n-beer or the other? This is where the root of this knowledge comes from...I would be willing to bet a corona, no a pacifico or two...awsome, only if some of this wisdom would be a part of every thread then I could go fishing again...and look forward to a lobster taco, bloody mary and a cold beer....before the rampage....over and over again...

Anyone know if a 2006 Sport rear diff would fit in a 2015? I know the early years were a mechanical limited slip and now its computer controlled...wonder how that would effect anything... would possibly be ordering a new one from ECGS and using as a core charge so that wouldnt matter...but also might use a local and just have everything assembled and install it myself

    Yes
As long as your current truck is a Sport with the 8.4 rear end then yes but if you are just using it as a core return to ECGS it should not matter at all.

Yeah if I do it with ECGS I'll probably just do that, but I might have a local guy set up the ARB and gears and then install it myself later

But the mechanical LSD and the new electronic BS won't interfere with each other? I don't fully understand how it all works, but don't want shit getting twisted up

Hmm just had a shop install my shackle flip and they put it to where the shackle is vertical at ride height it's on the rear mot adjustment hole so would moving it to the next hole be better? Will get pics tomorrow!
