Yea I've always read that with Sigs you cover your target with the front sight like in sight picture 3, but most other iron sights you line up like sight picture 2

I've yet to shoot a g43, but between shield, xds, P938, and pps m2 (I've owned all of them), the pps is my favorite single stack subcompact.

The fist hold is a 6 o'clock hold that is usually used with paper scoring targets. Almost always with good adjustable sights to put the round exactly center of whatever size target you are using. It's used more for extreme accuracy and target competitions. Hold 2 is probably the most common used hold and is adaptable to most targets.

Which sig do you have? I have a 239 .40 that is a great gun but I just can't warm up to it. I'm not sure what it is about it.

its a 229 40, DAO, i put the houge rubber grips on it which made the grip slightly bigger, which makes it a little harder to grip.

I'm not sure what the difference is between new model and old model for the plain model 60s, I'm *guessing* it's the bolt hold open feature. But if you have a poly stock, stainless, etc there is a separate page for it.

I own the Taurus PT111 you speak of and I love it. Shoots better than my girlfriend's Shield 9 and was about half the price.

Anyone have a sig P320? Looking at getting one for concealed carry, fondled one in the store s few months ago and really liked it, haven't heard of issues so far.
I think I would get the carry model with the threaded barrel and the sub compact Xchange kit.
