Hello everyone, I appreciate any help I can get. So I recently put a new compressor, and evaporator on my truck. The old A/C system was completely shot! So after replacing everything, there ends up being a leak in the lines that come out of the expansion valve on the evaporator and go through the firewall. I can not for the life of me find where to buy to replace those lines! I can't find them for sale anywhere, or even a specific name to call them. It's like they don't exist. The only thing I can find is the main lines that connect after those outside of the fire wall. If anyone can help I would appreciate it more than you know. Thanks!

Here is a picture of the lines I'm talking about.

I'm looking for this same lines man. Mine leaks there too. How did you find the leak?

You can buy them at the dealer for like 70-100$

Do you know the part number to give the dealer? And I found the leak with dye, and the glasses. The thing just has a tiny hairline crack but it leaks out within a couple of hours.

About 2-3 hours. I think the line got damaged while removing the evaporator.

I put my battery too low and had to slightly bend the lines down so that's why I suspect that. Did yours hold a vacuum? Mine held -30 for a hour

Yes it held a vacuum for about an hour give or take. I really appreciate you giving me that part number, I've been searching.

Just cross referenced. It's the same for the 2.7 and the 3.4

Yeah it can be frustrating working on these sometimes. But I had dye on the line, and all over my evaporator. You should be able to tell exactly where the leak is, hopefully just an o ring.
