Yes, enjoying the a/c while New washer makes laundry take almost all day now

then I need to cut the grass... Front isn't too bad, but weeds in the back

hope you can get back to your vehicles

 

^^^^ fridge, a few lights and maybe a fan. If we did not get the power back on early Saurday AM I was going to look for a cabin at the lake to rent for a night or two. We had an oil lamp to use that gave us a little light. Funny thing is when you keep forgetting its out and throwing switches

dang it i ought to cut the grass also but not in this boiling sun rt now, i was just going to wash a couple while the driveway was in the shade and they stayed cool i don't like to wash in the sunshine i get water spots

 

I added light to the tractor so I can cut the grass at night.

 

It's a brand new washer... a front loader. Seems to clean the clothes, just takes a lot longer (doesn't help that I do the "heavy soil" option ) I want the "old" version of the front loader back!!! The one that uses more water but doesn't take as long.

Don't like to wash in the sun either.... I have to wait until mid-late afternoon for my driveway to be in the shade

been debating putting some on my mower

 

I mostly use them in the fall when it gets dark so early. When it gets hot up here I do cut at late evening or night.

 

I know it's brand new and that's what worries me. I'm going to need one at some point and all I see is a lot less water and longer times. I'm heavy wash all the time. Tree huggers and reinventing the wheel. A bad combo

Oh yes you do.

 

I've noticed the same thing with our new dishwasher. The old one took 1 hour to do the dishes, new one 3 hours, and they call that progress.

 

ok let me refrase that i just don't want to after dark it's time for me to be lazy

 

Before they upgraded the sub-station, we had power outages at least twice a month. At 2 in the morning when they fixed it, suddenly all the lights would be on. I hated that.

 

That sounds more honest
