I did notice one mess up, at one point the Sheriff goes to radio in something and he pulls out a modern Motorola handheld to reach the station. Meanwhile the kids are using boombox sized walkie talkies. LoL

We let our 10 y/o Daughter watch it and she enjoyed it. There were a few scenes that were pretty iffy and a little adult language. Nothing horrible.

Hahaha. Well besides that, they have done a great job of making it feel true to time. I looooove the music.

    Yeah it'll be alright.

Dude... You would LOVE it. Actually the first person I thought of.

Times have changed. I remember seeing Robocop when it came out in theaters. I was 6 years old at the time and loved every minute of it. And that is one gory, fucked up movie. My parents always took me to gory/scary movies as a kid. They always told me right before it started "remember, it's all pretend". Saw ever Friday the 13th, Freddy, Hellraisers, etc, etc, in theaters as a kid. Couldn't get enough horror/gore growing up in the 80's.

So Dad of the year award goes to me.

Got black out drunk at both my kids birthday party we hosted at our house last night. I was snoozing by 9 pm. Wife told me I made a fool of myself in front the inlaws and the rest of her family. My friends told me I was trying to microwave corn hole bags to prove they would make popcorn. I took the potato salad bowl into the bathroom and was eating it while I was shitting. It's was a shit show to say the least.

I blame my wife for it all. She had me doing yard work all day in the sun the last 3 days and serving me beers while I slaved away.
