I have noticed water drips on the ground under my 2007 dclb, passenger side front under feet area after I drive some where.
No color to the water. Cool up here so no A/C on at all.
Rad full, washer fluid full both coloured.
    Any ideas. Thx

There is no where on the vehicle where water is stored so it either has to be A/C condensation (which you said it isn't because you haven't used your A/C) ooor it could be water sitting in the area below the windshield. I know that after a good rain I get a nice dripping of water when I make turns from that area.

If you've been running the defroster, the AC has been running.

Would the A/C leak without it being turned on or could it be A/C refrigerant from the system? Anyway to test? No defrost ran.
If it's cowl drain is there a way to flush and clean the drain holes. Where the heck are they located. It just drips- then drips- then drips. Cowl drain should run right out or not?

It will have condensation build up on it when the motor runs.

You can see a black hose coming out of the firewall on the passenger side next to the manifold when you open the hood. That is the condensation drain

It drains straight onto the frame and to the ground

That is exactly where I just found it dripping from. Out little hose from firewall passenger side, on to frame, then runs down and drip. So nothing to worry about correct? Wonder if the frame fails do to rust at this area because of it. Just to be safe I'm going to extend mine to just drip direct to the ground.

Thanks for the info. New to the Tacoma and been doing a lot of reading here @ TW.

Happy to help. Yes, that area and next to the catalytic converters is where the second gen frame recall failure points are.

I fluid film my frame twice a year and it keeps the moisture off my frame.
