    Look again...It's under the engine cover...!! NOT the hood; however the engine cover IS under the hood, so technically it IS under the hood (and engine cover)...take a peek..:thumbsup:

    Looks like some fingerprints on there, like it's been removed recently.

    I had my flash done yesterday. When backing out of the garage and into the street today, there was no hesitation going from reverse to drive. First time in weeks, so I'm cautiously optimistic that it fixed my problems. I have yet to try cruise to see if it took care of all the shifting. Soon.....

    Pull it off... takes 2 hands and about 1/2 LB force to pull upward and then forward... turn it over and look..!!:cheers:

    One final update:

    It does seemed to drive much smoother and more normal. No hesitation from reverse to drive now.

    I do still have the grar shift flare and will be pursuing that next.

    Due to the numerous daily notifications, i am unwatching this thread. Thanks and good luck everyone!

    Unfortunately i didn't see anything under the cover except for 4 number written in a white marker, no label like the TSB described. Thank y'all for the help!

    WTF...?? Maybe they did not do it...(but if you read the TSB...they have to "order" the stickers... Too early yet..??

    I added work order to my post. It says that they did performed TSB, and I can feel transmission is shifting better!
    But I read here that they reset ECU for one of the members here; and he felt improvement for a month and it went back where it was.
    I hope that they didn't just reset my ECU!
