Long Travel BS Thread

needing some help on build routes.....what do you guys think the best route to go with 10k as my budget. Not looking to build a pre runner ive been looking a total chaos 2" kit with king shocks but dont want to make a mistake. any help would be great I really dont want a drop arm kit so this seems the best route to go.

 

Do ou need long travel? If not, I would do a solid mid travel build

10k would make a killer mid travel setup.

 

mid travel... ucas, replacement coilers, deavers or all pro leafs in the rear, replacement shocks in the rear, camper shell, and a roof top tent... If you plan it out you'll be under $10,000. Probably what I'll do with my next truck or 4runner. Just depends what you're trying to do with your truck

Anyone that has a second gen kit with fab'd spindles or makes a kit with a fab'd spindle - I need a to buy an extra set of 2nd gen OE lower ball joint adapters please.

So, I cruised by the dealer to ask about a VSC Calibration and was told $150 and they aren't even sure if they can do it because of my 'lift'. I told them I had MORE lift prior to the LT and it never went off. That's what I get for going by the closest dealer to me.

 

Need some help guys, Have my truck pretty much ready, only problem is that my springs are too long, mine are 18" 600 lb coils, thinking about getting 16" 550's or 16" 600's. I need some help on what others are running.

 

Camburg front and possibly DMZ rear. On 215 south

That's my buddys friend, cool guy. Truck built by Giant. Giant 64s in the rear Camburg kit up front. Really fun truck. Was for sale I think.
