    "Street Header Kit 2TR Tacoma 2005-2016
    Toyota's latest 4-cylinder also gets attention from LC Engineering! The 2.7Liter VVTI inline 4-cylinder, known as the 2TR, has a brand-new stainless steel header offered from LC Engineering. Featuring stainless steel primaries, 16 gauge .065 wall, a fully-welded 2-3/8" O.D. steel collector outlet (Designed to fit up to a stock catalytic converter), 3/8" collector flange, and a thick head flange that utilizes the factory air injection setup without the need for additional tubes and flanges. One of the best features of this header is that it's a long-tube header in a short-tube package. Most shorty header designs that you will see will vary in primary length. Our header, on the other hand, has all four primary tubes the same length. This means you get the maximum amount of power and torque out of your engine through the entire RPM range. Dyno tests showed a substantial increase in power and torque over the leading aftermarket header. To top it off LC provides OE Toyota gaskets with the kit to ensure the best possible sealing. This header bolts up to the factory mid-pipe, and is ceramic coated for long life and great looks."

    Was contemplating wrapping it in heat wrap but I've noticed so far that the motor hasn't gotten any hotter really without the heat shield. Seems just as hot as the stock on believe it or not! Thanks Joe!!!

    Possibly in the future. It wont be long til my exhaust rust's off up here in PA LOL!!!! It's already looking pretty shitty after 13k miles.

    Felt pretty good, defiantly feel like it gained some power! I have to get it out on the highway to see how it does up in 4th and 5th!!!

    So today I ran the 2016 SR 5 Speed 4 Cylinder on the Dyno for the final test after the new LCE Engineering Header. So here are the results!
    You have to take the #'s i got and add 20% for the chassis Dyno!

    So the stock truck ratings are 159 hp & 180 ft. lbs of torque.

    Looks like with the AFE Pro Dry S Cold Air intake & Stock Exhaust I gained 3.94 hp & 6.82 ft. lbs of torque.
    Then the gains from the LCE Performance Header & Stock Exhaust are 12.39 hp. & 8.30 ft. lbs of torque.

    So overall with my AFE Pro Dry S Cold Air intake & the LCE Performance Header & the stock exhaust I gained a total of 16.33 hp & 15.12 ft. lbs of torque. Its defiantly noticeable with running the LT 265 75 16 tires and my 3" lift.
