I had a soft deadline of having my 35s on and cleared by july4 this year and I made it! Next deadline is to be #EAF before overland expo west and a couple other events next summer. Long term is to be ready for my AK overland and the Patagonia overland in 3 & 5 years respectively..

You're a far better planner than myself. Me, I just send the wife and kid to Disneyland so I can have a solid week or two to just go, wherever the going gets me. Ended up around Devil's Tower in Wyoming last time. Was a good trip.

The old lady is the planner here. She works in travel so she plans for a living :D I've gotta have goals to build to in the long term. We use long weeknds for those nice impulse trips. Haven't spent much time in Wyoming, been wanting to disappear up there, i hear its beautiful

Mine is a nurse. When I buy something she threatens to cut me, but then assures me she can keep me from dying. Frightening and refreshing all in one!

That was my first time to Wyoming, it really was a pleasant drive from Washington. All the scenery you could ask for!

Washington is a great place to visit. You can always find something to do in a wide range of interests. Hiking, camping, boating, fishing, whatever. I love having my city life in Seattle and then being able to be in the mountains in 45 minutes. Can't beat it!

Yeah, it feels like our driving population has doubled with all the transplants the past couple of years. And they all seem to drive like they are stoned out of their skulls! :rasta: There are probably 10 pot shops in a 3 mile radius from my house and when they're open the crap traffic spills to the side streets. Traffic was already bad 10 years ago. It drives me nuts. So if there is a perk to working 12-8, it's that I don't have to sit in the BS traffic!

I don't mind so much that everyone wants to get high. The bad part is I drive past the only pot shop that's open until 11:30PM on my way to work and I can pretty much bank on some dumbass stoner backing out of the parking lot without looking and nearly hitting me or someone else. They're also good for driving 20 under the speed limit. lol
