I'll give it a shot next time!Pic was from yesterday(Palm Springs)tram ride up to elevation of 8500 +!Had to get out of(Orange County,CA.)town for the weekend!Hoping to make it to AZ.again soon!

 

Hoping. We are waiting for the appraisal now. And waiting to hear back from the seller on whether he is going to fix the flashing on the roof. (I dont know why he is putting up a stink about doing it)

 

Ok next time for sure! And sweet. That tram Is a good time. I need to take the wife on it. And yeah you need to make it back out

 

Yea, i was fortunate enough to have sellers that were awesome. They fixed everything I asked and paid closing costs

lucky... my sellers were broke and couldn't afford much on their end

 

Yeah this guy Is being a bit of a db. I will be happy to not deal with him again. And he is a realtor aswell. So yeah just a pain

 

Yeah and the fix he doesn't want to do is super easy to do.

 

Probably made It easier on you cause tgey were just agreeing to everything you asked for the most part

 

Exactly. And he still has contractors there building the other two houses. So It is even easier

 

Yea, i did get lucky. They were great people. They also made over 40k on the deal and I knew it.

 

not at all. they only were able to fix a couple items and the remaining response was "we don't have the money to fix xyz".

 

Oh gotcha. Yeah I can see that now.

 

That's the problem. Most sellers will glady fix things here and there to make the sale. Realtors are tight and typically refuse cause they know they will find another buyer who will buy as is.
