I saw it a lot when I worked in escrow and every realtor had 10+ houses they were flipping. Good people trying to buy what they considered the house of their dreams and getting deals killed because stingy Realtors wouldn't agree to $500 fixes.

I got some rain at my house last night. been wondering where the monsoons have been this year

 

When I was driving to work this morning on the 101N a super bright/loud strike of lightening hit, then all the light posts on the freeway turned off for a few miles was redic, and not what you want to hear/see when your still waking up driving to work at 3am

 

Whats going on? What have I missed?
